The medical centre houses consultation suites, a physiotherapy gymnasium, hydrotherapy facilities, and specialist treatment rooms for neurological and orthopaedic therapy.

Refrom's patient accommodation is designed to feel less like a clinic and more like a considered alpine retreat. Each suite is private, light-filled, and oriented to maximise views of the surrounding landscape.

The landscape of Leysin is itself a therapeutic environment. Refrom's grounds include curated outdoor spaces — terraces, garden paths, and alpine meadow access — all navigable by patients at varying stages of mobility.
Supervised outdoor therapy sessions, including mountain walks, breathwork, and nature exposure, are integrated into programmes where clinically appropriate.
